Bilge Nur Saltik

Founder & Creative Director

Bilge Nur Saltik’s intent is to incorporate culture with contemporary design. Pairing the old with the new, she works with traditional craftsmen–tapping into their age-old techniques and knowledge–and introduces them to new materials and fabrication processes. This intersection produces unexpected results and never-seen-before products.

Turkish-born Nur’s practice, Form&Seek was established in 2013, shortly after receiving her master’s degree in Product Design from the Royal College of Art in London.

At Form&Seek today, each product emerges from a powerful narrative and is fuelled by an interest in human behavior and human interaction with objects.

Aylin Durmaz

Director of Strategy and Impact

Aylin Durmaz is a service designer and strategist with a background in social design, having completed her education at the Maryland Institute College of Art. As a founding member of Turkey’s first interdisciplinary innovation platform, ATÖLYE, she has contributed to the field. Her career progressed in the United States, where she developed impactful projects for numerous international private and public organizations. She has collaborated with diverse institutions, including Johns Hopkins, Greystar, and Vanguard, always prioritizing user experience to create impact.

Sena Ilhan

Product Designer

Sena Ilhan is a product designer who completed her education at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. She has strengthened her knowledge of materials in various workshops that work with different materials. She believes that materials and ideas transform together and that a good design is a perfect balance. Her special interest lies in traditional ceramics and production techniques, which is a family heritage. She is working on and learning to develop her own projects with this material. Currently, she is a product designer at Form and Seek, where she strives to design experiences and products by reflecting the spirit and energy of the team.

Bilgen Aktekin

Seasoned Communications Consultant

Bilgen Aktekin is a seasoned communications consultant with over 15 years of experience in international organizations, including the World Bank and the United Nations (UN). With a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Social Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Middle East Technical University, Bilgen has excelled in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
Bilgen’s expertise encompasses drafting and distributing outreach materials, managing stakeholder relations, and coordinating large-scale events. She has a proven track record in supervising communication plans, producing high-quality content for various platforms, and ensuring adherence to communication guidelines. Bilgen's extensive experience includes working closely with public institutions, enhancing their communication efforts and ensuring effective public engagement.

Throughout her career, Bilgen has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and deliver impactful communication solutions. Her work has significantly contributed to social development, particularly in promoting social entrepreneurship, fostering cohesion in refugee and host communities, and supporting climate change adaptation in agricultural sectors. Bilgen's efforts have consistently aimed at improving social outcomes and empowering communities.

Ozgur Avcuoglu

Business Model Innovation Consultant

As a seasoned expert in business model development and innovation, I bring over 14 years of consulting experience with global organizations such as the World Bank, Ecorys, EY, and PwC. Throughout my career, I have worked in international teams to deliver impactful solutions for public and private sector clients across diverse industries. My core competencies include project management, economic policy research, strategy development, business model analysis & transformation, and workshop facilitation. I am passionate about adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance client value. Known for setting clear objectives, fostering team ownership, and promoting collaboration, I consistently drive success in every project.

Lara Erdir

Junior Designer

Lara Erdir is an industrial designer with experience spanning product design, experience design, and strategic thinking. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, she brings a hands-on approach and a strong focus on collaboration to her work, always aiming to make a positive impact through design. With a balance of playful curiosity and a clear sense of purpose, she views design as a way to engage deeply with life while constantly learning and evolving.

Idil Cakiroglu

Design Intern

İdil Çakıroğlu is a product designer who graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with a degree in Industrial Design. Throughout her studies, she explored various design disciplines, completing projects in both product and graphic design. She also gained hands-on experience through an internship in the furniture design field. İdil has a strong interest in social design, focusing on how her work can address and highlight social and environmental issues. She is passionate about creating meaningful designs that contribute to positive change and reflect her dedication to sustainability and social impact.

Duygu Ak

Design Intern

Duygu Ak is a product designer who graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with a degree in Industrial Design. During her studies, she immersed herself in various design fields, building experience across both product and graphic design projects. Through her internship in furniture design, she gained valuable insights into craftsmanship and artisanal techniques. Her passion for graphic design has fostered a multidisciplinary approach, where she balances aesthetics with functionality. Duygu is dedicated to designing impactful, enduring projects, driven by her belief in design’s potential to create positive change through innovative, sustainable solutions.

As a Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end processes of our design shop. We are looking for a dynamic individual who not only excels in design but is also passionate about managing the various facets of our business.

Responsibilities:

Research, contribute to the design, and curate a collection for our shop.

Manage the webshop and pop-up stores

Oversee marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts
