Age of Man

Location:

Milan Design Week 2017

Year:

2017

We are living in the Anthropocene, a new epoch marked by humanity's significant impact on Earth since 1950. This awareness has prompted designers and artists to create progressive designs addressing these issues. Form&Seek's 'Age of Man' exhibit showcases diverse visions and solutions for the future, featuring both existing and new works. The exhibit explores themes from the past and future, using materials like human hair and Terrazzo, investigating digital fabrication and craft, and drawing from ancient rituals. It aims to incite curiosity, embrace future technology, and encourage reflection on our cultural and design resources.
