Duo Collection | Mudo Home & Idealist "Birlikte" Project

Duo is a collection of hand-blown glasses shaped by a delicate ring-like gesture that wraps around each vessel. Inspired by planetary rings, this fluid extension emerges naturally from the form, creating both a tactile grip and a dynamic visual movement that reflects the inherent qualities of glass.

The collection investigates relationships between complementary and contrasting colors. Rather than focusing on individual hues, Duo explores the effects that emerge when colors interact. When stacked, the translucent glasses overlap to create unexpected third tones, transforming a pair of objects into an expanding color palette.

Produced through glass blowing, Duo offers an experimental dialogue between color, form, and light. The collection invites playful interaction, encouraging users to discover new visual combinations through layering, transparency, and shifting perspectives.

Mudo Home BİRLİKTE is a collaborative platform initiated by Mudo Home and the İDEALİST Design Association to support contemporary Turkish design and local production. Bringing together independent designers, manufacturers, and retailers, the project creates new opportunities for original design to move from concept to production and reach broader audiences through a curated retail experience.
