Detroit Warehouse 2025
Date
September 2025
Location
Detroit
Form&Seek was part of the second edition of DETROIT WAREHOUSE: Art and Design Fair, a three-day event presenting contemporary, accessible works by emerging and mid-career artists and designers.
Held at the historic Boyer Campbell Building in Detroit’s Design District, the fair activates 45,000 square feet of industrial space during the city’s Month of Design — within a UNESCO City of Design known for its creative legacy and maker culture. Bringing together more than 100 artists and designers from Detroit, across the United States, and internationally, the fair creates a dialogue that is both locally rooted and globally connected.
The visual arts section is curated by writer and Cranbrook Art Museum fellow Katy Kim, while the design section is curated by Bilge Nur Saltik, founder of Form&Seek and Associate Professor at Lawrence Technological University. The program includes exhibitions, installations, performances, and interactive experiences, offering direct engagement between creatives and audiences.
Building on a debut that welcomed over 3,000 visitors, this year’s edition expands its design focus, reinforcing Detroit Warehouse as a key anchor event of Detroit Month of Design.
